iPAC Co-Director Presents at EGOV Conference in Delft, the Netherlands

 iPAC Co-Directors John Bertot & Paul Jaeger published the paper “Community-Sourcing: Bridging Resources, Partnerships, and ICTs to Promote Transformative Government” in the Proceedings of the 2011 IFIPS EGOV Conference held in Delft, the Netherlands August 28-September 2, 2011. The paper received a “best paper” nomination at the conference, and focuses on the ways in which libraries and government agencies form transformative partnerships to provide collaborative e-government services to solve community challenges in such areas as education, digital literacy, and health.

The paper extends the work of iPAC in the area of Libraries and E-government, and relates to the current Libraries and E-government: New Partnerships in Public Service and Government Information in the 21st Century grants.
