Johnna Percell

Johnna Percell is pursuing her Master's degree in Library Science at the University of Maryland's College of Information Studies specializing in Information and Diverse Populations. Johnna received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Harding University in 2008. She spent the past few years working with a non-profit organization serving the education and housing needs of families with criminal justice involvement. Her interests include examining the role increased information access can play in inspiring underserved populations to overcome obstacles and find success.

Julie Strange

Julie Strange is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland iSchool and a customer service, training, and technology consultant for libraries and non-profit organizations. Previously, she coordinated Maryland AskUsNow!, the 24/7 virtual reference service for the state of Maryland. Julie received her B.A. from Arcadia University in 2004 and her Masters of Library and Information Science from Rutgers in 2006.
