Dr. Diane Barlow, Special Assistant to the Dean of the College of Information Studies, has extensive experience in national survey research projects, most recently on an IMLS-funded study of subject specialists in research libraries. Other survey experience includes numerous studies of academic, public, and federal libraries and library networks conducted as Senior Research Associate for King Research, Inc. and as an independent consultant. Dr. Barlow retired from the position of Associate Dean of the College of Information Studies earlier this year. With iPAC, Dr. Barlow provides support and guidance in the development and piloting of the survey instrument and the analysis of data for the School Library Supervisors’ project.
