Frank is currently an Operations Manager / Graduate Associate working for the Information Policy and Access Center. Originally from Pennsylvania, Frank received a B.A. in English from Temple University in Philadelphia. He currently holds a Master of Library Science degree from the University of Maryland's iSchool. His research interests include leveraging emerging technologies to enhance communication between libraries and their users; specifically to effectively bridge any digital or web literacy gaps experienced by underserved populations. While at iPAC Frank has worked to create a web-based mobile application and other big-data projects designed to release PLFTAS data to a larger audience.
