Jean Lee

Graduate Research Associate

Jean is in the Master of Information Management program at the University of Maryland's College of Information Studies.  She is a cum laude graduate of Goucher College, where she majored in psychology and minored in philosophy.  Before joining iPAC in researching Internet usage and connectivity barriers at public libraries, Jean researched populations being treated for mood and anxiety disorders and worked with ESOL learners on developing their literacy skills.  She is particularly interested in strategies for overcoming barriers to access and usability of Internet resources, the development of community spaces, and the advancement of literacy initiatives through technology.
